Guido Incerti studied architecture at I.U.A.V. in Venice and at TU Delft in Holland, where he lived for two years, studying and working (Will Alsop Associates). After graduation (2001), registered as a chartered architect in the Italian Order of Architects and immediately moved to New York City where he worked for architecture firm DS+R. Back in Italy in 2004, he started collaborating with Florence based firm Archea Associati and, at same time, founded nEmoGruppo Architetti, with other 8 young architects. As a partner of nEmoGruppo, he took part to many design competitions and projects especially in the field of urban planning and architectural design. He obtained his PhD in Architecture Theory and Design in 2010. He also wrote two books: a monograph about american firm DS+R (2007), and the new "Recycled Landscapes Atlas" (2010). Currently he is working in is own office Megarchitettura and collaborating with other realities. He is editor of "Opere", Italian magazine of architecture, published by F.F.A., and Visiting Professor LAP4 at the Architecture Departmet of the University of Ferrara.
